Last evening BHS turned on the lights at Bunge Field in honor of Paul Loggan. Paul was the athletic director at North Central HS in Indy and recently passed away due to complications from COVID-19. Sam Huffman has signed a letter of intent to attend Manchester University located in North Manchester, Indiana, where he will play football for the Spartans and study elementary education. The Northern Indiana Conference recently announced its 2019 All Conference selections for football. Bremen’s Sam Huffman and Hunter Bennitt were selected to the All-NIC 1sr team. Bryce Wogomon earned All-NIC 2nd team honors. Marty Manges and Brody Ecenbarger were recognized with All-NIC Honorable Mention. Congratulations Sam, Hunter, Bryce, Marty and Brody!

Bremen Football advanced to the sectional semifinals by defeating Manchester last Friday 21-14. The Lions will travel to LaVille on Friday, November 1st in a rematch from August 23rd. Kick-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $6.00 and gates open one hour before kick-off. GO BIG GREEN!

Bremen Football will host Manchester for the opening round of the 2019 IHSAA sectional tournament on Friday, October 25th. If victorious, Bremen will travel to the winner of LaVille-Wabash for the semifinals on Friday, November 1st. The sectional championship game will be played on Friday, November 8th. Tickets are $6.00 and will be sold at the gate.
