The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) recently released its 2020-21 All-State Teams presented by Franciscan Health of Indiana.   A panel of 20 IBCA coaches from across the state and a committee chairman select the recipients.  Bremen’s Carson Miller received IBCA-Franciscan All-State Underclassmen Honorable Mention. Carson led the Lions in rebounds, assists, steals and blocks while averaging 17.2
