No pass-outs between games or at halftime. Accessible seating available at IU Indianapolis around the entire venue Restrictions: Noisemakers such as air horns, whistles, and electronic devices are not permitted. Signs, balloons, thunder sticks, or similar obstructions are not permitted. Fan Decorum: For the safety of the patrons and care for the facility, the IHSAA requests that ALL spectators refrain from standing and/or jumping on the seats.
