All of us coaches decided that today’s MVP is the entire team because it took all 18 of them for this win! We appreciate senior Taylor Rodriguez so much for stepping up outside of her comfort zone and playing goalkeeper the first half of this game until Alexa Santillan could finish the game in the goal. Our defense stayed tough and did their job for 80 minutes. Our offense was able to work together and capitalize on their opportunities! We could not be more proud of these girls for beating John Glenn 3-1 in the tournament championship. Congratulations to the girls for bringing this trophy home for the second year in a row!
