Bremen Athletics

Bremen middle school cross country traveled to New Prairie on Thursday evening. The 5 teams competing (New Prairie, Upton, Lakeshore, Michigan City, and Bremen) enjoyed beautiful fall weather and an iconic New Prairie course. Both the girls and the boys teams ran well and placed 2nd, only losing to Upton (which has over 600 middle schoolers). Top 30 finishers, which each earned a ribbon, were Anna Brady (7th), Braelyn Mammon (11th), Emma Roberts (16th), Claire Miller (22nd), Bea Farabaugh (24th), and Betsy Fox (26th). For the boys, Maz Winters once again had a great performance earning a 1st place finish. Other boys in the top 30 were Gabe Kline (11th), Cam Krallman (12th), Tony Loomis 18th, Kollyn Lee (21st), Camron Urbina (25th), and Drew Klingerman 29th. Bremen’s last regular season meet will be next Tuesday at Jane’s Park in Bremen.
