The Mighty Lions of Bremen headed to Newton Park on Tuesday night to play Tippecanoe Valley in the INSC semi-final round. The boys were looking to make a statement to secure their spot in the championship on Saturday at noon. Using team depth to keep the intensity high, the Lions were able to score six goals in the first half and add two more in the second while keeping a clean sheet throughout. Every single player added tenacity and focus to the game and helped set the tone going into the championship round. Four different players scored and assisted on the evening in an 8-0 win. The Lions will now play the Falcons of Glenn on Saturday at noon at Newton Park to decide the INSC Championship. Tickets are $7 and fans can park and enter in either the East or West lots of Newton Park.
