Attention Bremen Lions 2026-2027 Athletes: Under IHSAA By-Law 3-10, every student-athlete must have a physical examination performed on or after April 1 to be eligible for the upcoming school year. The physical evaluation must be completed by a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, and the signed form must be filed with your school prior to any practices. We have included information in the graphic for a few local options. Feel free to reach out to any of these providers or many others in our surrounding area. We recommend getting your appointments scheduled sooner rather than later as the first date of fall practices is August 3rd for many of our fall sports. You must have a physical on file in order to practice starting on that date. You must also be registered and have all forms submitted online at https://bremenathletics.com/Registrations.
