The Bremen Boys Golf Team delivered a strong performance in their latest outing, finishing with a team score of 224 against Culver’s 265 and Concord’s 188. While the final standings placed Bremen behind Concord, the match highlighted something just as important for the Lions—depth, development, and a glimpse at the team’s promising future. This contest marked the first time all 13 Bremen players had the opportunity to compete and showcase their skills on the course. With contributions coming from across the roster, the experience proved valuable as the team continues to build consistency throughout the lineup. Leading the way for the Lions were sophomores Miles Greene and Ethan Borsodi, who continue to set the tone for Bremen. Greene posted a team-low score of 50, while Borsodi followed closely with a 51. The duo has emerged as a reliable force early in the season, consistently producing strong rounds and providing leadership through their performance. Their ability to compete at a high level gives Bremen a solid foundation each time they step onto the course. Borsodi and Greene aren’t just leading statistically—they’re establishing a competitive standard that pushes the rest of the team forward. As underclassmen, they signal a bright outlook for the program. Additional key contributions came from Hunter Cannon, who matched Borsodi with a 51, along with William Leman’s 53 and Collin Loomis’s 54. These scores reflect the balance Bremen is developing, with multiple players capable of stepping up and delivering when needed. With every player gaining match experience, Bremen is building both confidence and cohesion. As the season progresses, the Lions will look to close the gap in team scoring while continuing to rely on the standout play of Greene and Borsodi to lead the charge.
