The Bremen Boys Track and Field team had their first outdoor meet on Tuesday hosted at Bremen on Nierste Track. The Lions were looking to use some of the best early meet weather in years to test themselves against familiar opponents. The boys focused and battled hard throughout the meet to come away with two victories over New Prairie and Marian. Both experienced upperclassmen and newcomers to the team played a key role in helping to secure the wins. A highlight of the night was senior Jacob Douglass anchoring the 4x400 relay at such a high speed that his spike flew off on the backstretch!
