Bremen’s 7th grade girls basketball team ended their season today at the conference tourney finishing 2nd after losing in the final 31-22. The girls battled hard after falling behind early, cutting Laville's lead to only 4 with 4 minutes to play. It ended 31-22 Laville, but a good rivalry was born and I’m sure these girls will accept the challenge over the next 5 years. In the semifinal game the Lions avenged an earlier loss to Tippy by winning easily 26-16 with everyone contributing! The 8th grade played Tippy Valley in the Conference Tournament Semi Finals and were down 17-8 at half-time. The girls continued to battle but came up 6 points short, losing 25-19.
