By Matt Miller | Feb 11, 2026 8:49 AM

The Lions defeated New Prairie at home Tuesday night by the score of 59-36, moving to 17-1 on the season. Bremen was stout on the defensive end and had a balanced scoring effort to get past the Cougars, slowly pulling away throughout the game. It was a special night for the home team, as Junior Chase Devine broke the all-time scoring record for the boys program, surpassing Lion great Corey Reed (class of 93-94). Chase had a game high 20 points on the night, and ran his career total to 1,278 to break the long standing record. Corey was gracious enough to travel into town to congratulate Chase on the milestone, which was a great moment. Scoring for Bremen: Chase Devine 20 Riley Tener 10 Bryce Miller 9 Owyn Nunemaker 9 Hartley Mitole 5 Maddux Hickman 4 Espen Simpson 2
