Bremen Athletics

The 6th grade girls basketball took on Argos for their first home game of the season. Both A and B teams were able to bring home the wins tonight! In the A game, Bremen got out to an early lead at the half 8-4; however, found themselves down 10-12 in the fourth quarter. The girls kept battling and were able to get the win, 14-12. Scoring for the A team was Mila McKinney, Mallee McCray, and Emmie Bellman each with 2, and Rose Meister leading the way with 8. The B game was only 1 quarter tonight, but the girls battled back and forth, ultimately coming away with a 6-4 win. Scoring the B game was Kensington Ferguson with 2 and Cami Godoy with 4. The lions A and B teams are now 1-1 on the season. They look to continue the momentum with Wawasee at home on Monday.
