Bremen Athletics

The Bremen boy's varsity basketball team kicked off 2026 with a win at Rochester on Saturday night, 55-42. The Lions get off to a quick start and built an early lead, only to see Rochester chip away and the Lion lead was cut to only 2 at the half. A strong response out of the half saw Bremen score 22 points in the third quarter, and continued strong defense sealed the win late in the game. Senior Maddux Hickman turned in a spectacular effort on the defensive end which included drawing 3 key charges. Chase Devine had a game high 22 points in another strong effort.
