Bremen & Plymouth Girls Tennis teams will once again be SMASHING OUT CANCER before their match on Wednesday, April 11th. This year’s event has a special significance as former, long-time tennis coach, Mark Wagner, is being honored during the evening. Mark lost his battle with cancer earlier this year and both teams will be wearing purple in recognition of pancreatic cancer. Bremen’s Megan Hershberger will be reading a letter she wrote to Coach Wags and Fayth Wagner will be smashing the first ball of the night. The Plymouth and Bremen communities are invited to come out to Mary Beth Hunter Tennis Courts in Centennial Park in Plymouth on Wednesday for the annual Smash Cancer Tennis Match between the Plymouth and Bremen tennis teams. There will be a short presentation prior to the start of the match at 4:30PM.
